Just a reminder that we require new parking permits every year. Old permits will not work and could result in your car being stickered. If you have not done so already, please purchase a 24/25 parking permit. We are giving a grace period this week, but will start stickering vehicles on Monday, Aug. 26th. Schedule Correction Requests for 2024-2025:
Please complete the following form to request a schedule correction for the 2024-2025 school year.
Schedules will not be adjusted based on a teacher or hour request. Reasons for a schedule correction could be but are not limited to...
*Enrolled in a class they have already taken.
*There is a hole in the student's schedule.
*Schedule needs to be adjusted due to acceptance in Tulsa Tech/dual enrollment.
*If the student is not correctly placed.
You can view your updated schedule via PowerSchool. You will need to check your school email (...@bixbyk12.org) regularly as your counselor will use that email to contact you with any questions or concerns.
Requests MUST be made via the following form. Students dropping by the counseling office to make requests will be directed to fill out the form. Schedule corrections are limited, so making a request does not guarantee that your schedule can or will be adjusted. All requests must be made by Monday, August 26th.

Parents and Students,
Due to the limited number of parking spots available, students must have a parking permit to park on campus… even if you are only on campus for 1 hour a day, it is still 170 days of being on campus. The gravel and grass parking areas across Riverview (west of the football field) are still BHS property and require a permit to park there. We require a new parking permit every school year and we change the design yearly. We have 2 separate parking permits, one is for students who have all 6 classes on campus and the other is for students who do not have all classes on campus.
If you are at the 9th grade center or Brassfield Learning Center, you will have to park on the High School campus. You can park over by the football field and tennis courts.
Please click on the link below to purchase a parking permit and pay for a drug test. If you are in a sport or extracurricular that requires a drug test and you have already paid, you can skip this step. Finally you will fill out the vehicle information form. Once all 3 steps have been completed, you can pick up your permit anytime starting August 14th in the Assistant Principal’s Office.

2024 Graduates:
Diploma pickup begins at the high school Registrar's office on Wednesday, June 12. Students or parents may pick up the diploma, but please do not send siblings, friends, etc.
The office will be open Monday through Thursday, from 8am-4pm, closed for lunch 12-1. Please note that the office will be closed the entire week of July 1st-4th.
There have also been changes to parking due to construction. Please park in the band lot on the south side of the high school and use the door marked "Visitor Entrance".

Senior to be, Bennett Wolff, recently wrapped up a week traveling Oklahoma as part of the Youth Leadership Oklahoma Class of 2024. By being selected, Bennett was recognized as one of the young outstanding leaders in Oklahoma. Bixby High School is proud to have Bennett as a student and representative of our school.

It's Graduation Week, Spartans! We are excited to celebrate the Class of 2024 at the Mabee Center this Wednesday! See below for details and live streaming information.
Commencement Ceremony: 7:00 PM

Senior Breakfast:
Wednesday, May 22 at 9:30 a.m. at the Mabee Center. Ticket s MUST be purchased before midnight on Tuesday, May 14. No tickets will be sold after this time. Purchase in the 5 Star App.
For the event, students will enter the Mabee Center through the south side of the building.
Graduation Practice:
Senior are expected to attend graduation practice at on May 22 at 11:00 a.m. at the ORU Mabee Center. Please be on time to help speed up this process.
Graduation:
Seniors must be in the Mabee Center holding room by 6:00 p.m. Seniors will enter through the south side of the building (facing 81st street). Doors open to the general public at 5:30 p.m.
Gradfest:
Gradfest is a celebration for the graduates at Incredilbe Pizza. Doors open at 10:30 p.m. for checkin. All graduates must be checked in by 11:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased in the 5 Star App.

Senior breakfast will be held at ORU upstairs in the mezzanine. Doors open at 9 and we will start at 9:30. Tickets are $25 and an all american breakfast will be served. As soon as breakfast ends we will proceed downstairs to the arena to begin graduation rehearsal.
Gradfest is $45 at Incredible Pizza from 11pm- 2am. Students are required to stay the entire time. Students can enjoy the buffet and unlimited fountain drinks as well as the scrambler, roller coaster, trampoline park, mini golf, games and more!
Tickets to both of these events are located on 5 Star.
