The holidays are just around the corner! What's a better way to start the season by stocking up on your holiday cards?! Bixby East Intermediate's winter fundraiser this year is "Cards for a Cause!" Money raised will go towards various items from tables to classroom supplies, and the list goes on! Every box sold earns a student a ticket to enter the prize drawing! The first name drawn will get to decide if they want a Chromebook or an electric bike!!! The second name drawn will get whichever item wasn't chosen by the first person! Today is the kickoff for our Fall Fundraiser, "Cards for a Cause" (Greeting cards for all occasions!! Only $33.00 per box!) Students will receive one ticket for every box sold! The tickets are entered into a drawing for one of our prizes!! (A brand new Chromebook or a brand new electric bicycle!!!) We are getting so close to Pumpkin Voting! You still have time to turn in your decorated pumpkins. Voting takes place on the 30th! Also, with Halloween being on a school day this year, please read below concerning costumes.

You are invited to Bixby Middle School's carnival on Friday, October 25th! Our STEAM and Family and Consumer Science (FACS) students are hosting the Carnival, with the STEAM students designing and creating the booths and games, while the FACS students manage the concessions! Come out support your fellow Spartans! Also, THIS Friday the Bixby Highschool Cheerleaders will be back in the building with spirit items to purchase for $1-$2!

Good Morning! We hope everyone had a wonderful Fall break! We are now accepting your decorated pumpkins for our annual BEI Pumpkin Decorating Contest! We already have had several turned in and they are incredible! We also have a new addition to the "Nook!" Students can purchase decorative pencils for 50 cents each!

We hope this post caught your attention with our matching vest duo- Assist. Principal, Mrs. Moore and 6th Grade student, Briley Matthews! Here are a few quick reminders before you kick off your fall break: Next week is Red Ribbon Week! Student's will have fun activities throughout the week in their homerooms to learn about being healthy and drug-free! We also start accepting your decorated pumpkins on the 24th for our annual BEI Pumpkin Contest! So, if you are out and about this break, don't forget to grab a pumpkin to decorate! Definitely not required, but so fun to participate! Have a wonderful, safe break! We will see you all on Tuesday!

The winner of the Bixby Outreach Center Donation Drive was..... 5TH GRADE!!! Congratulations! 5th Grade won an extra recess and ice cream sundae bar with a total of 198 cans! Thank you to everyone who donated! 4th Grade: 174 6th Grade: 139 Total donation: 511!!

Today is Custodian Day! Students showered our custodial staff this morning with lots of love! Thank you to all of our custodians district wide for keeping our schools clean, sanitized, and ready each and every day for our students to arrive and learn! We could not do it without you all!
