All Bixby campuses will be open tomorrow from 8 am to 4 pm for students to clean lockers, return school materials, and retrieve personal belongings. Access to HS and MS parking will be via bus loop north of the 9th Grade Center off Riverview. Sites will provide addt instructions.
Due to the weather and water conditions at the baseball field, the school has recommended that we cancel and reschedule this weeks baseball camp. We are going to combine the camp with next weeks and our new dates will be Monday, June 3rd through Thursday June 6th. 10:00-12:00 each day. All who have payed for this weeks camp are good for next week and those who have not yet registered can register at the camp on the first day. Due to rising water, Baseball Camp (1st -6th grade) at the High School for Wednesday, May 29th, has been cancelled. A decision on camp for Thursday and Friday will be made tomorrow and a make-up date will follow.
UPDATE May 28: The high potential for addt rainfall in the Tulsa area tonight & tomorrow, combined with rising water levels, may result in flash flooding in Bixby. Therefore, all schools south of the river will remain closed tomorrow for student access. North sites will be open.

The City of Bixby has been told to expect substantial flooding over the next few days, particularly south of the river. The impact on roads & neighborhoods could be significant. Therefore, all classes are canceled for tomorrow. They will not be rescheduled. More info to follow.
