We can't wait to see what our students are wearing this week for Homecoming's dress-up days! They may even be photographed for this year's yearbook! Speaking of yearbooks- today's #meetthestaffmonday is 5th grade teacher and yearbook-connoisseur, Mrs. Moore!
Tomorrow dress up in your favorite college attire! Also, bring canned "hearty" soups to donate to the Bixby Outreach Center! Your grade level could win an extra recess and ice cream sundae party!
Yesterday was so much fun and we can't thank our PTO members and wonderful volunteers enough for all of their hard work in making this years color run such a success! We loved seeing our teachers running with their students, friends enjoying lunch together, parents cheering on the sidelines, and more! We are definitely in our "feels" reminiscing about what a great day it was! #fridayfeels

Every morning, Mr. Fritz, our Behavior Tech greets the students coming in from the bus loop by name and with a fist bump. Students will even patiently wait in line to make sure they get their turn before they start their day!
We are so thankful for Mr. Frits and how much he helps, encourages, and inspires our students each day! #thankyouthursday

What's up this week at East Intermediate? If you walked down our 5th and 6th grade hallways you would immediately know the answer! Our halls have been adorned with hilarious, witty, and creative posters by students hoping to become a part of EI's Student Council. So, what is STUCO? STUCO gives students an opportunity to develop leadership by organizing and carrying out school activities and service projects. In addition to planning events that contribute to school spirit and community welfare, the student council is the voice of the student body. On Monday and Tuesday students spoke in front of their peers explaining why they should be chosen as an officer. Votes will be tallied and results should be in later this week. We have been so impressed and in awe of not only their creativity, but how much work each student has put in! #whatsupwednesday
When we need something beautifully handwritten we all tend to ask ONE teacher in particular. Can you guess who that may be? #throwbacktuesday
Bixby High School Cheerleaders will be visiting our site this Friday!
