Congratulations to Victoria Frisella for being selected as 2021-22 Teacher of the Year for East Elementary! Miss Frisella has been teaching at East for the last five years. During that time she served as the second grade team lead and as the special education team lead. She has a heart for student success and is very innovative in finding ways to support students!
