The Color Run is this Wednesday!!!!
We've had to update the times so we could allot time for the FOAM PARTY!! Here are the new times:
5th: 12:15-12:45
4th: 12:50-1:20
6th: 1:25-1:55
The grade levels will split in half at these times and one half will participate in a foam party and the other half will do the color run. After 15 minutes, they swap! We still need volunteers to help this event run smoothly, plus it is SO much fun! Due to the times changes, there are some new openings for volunteers. Please look at the Sign-Up Genius here and volunteer if you are able!
After their time is over, they will be able to buy snacks including popcorn, pickles, drinks, popsicles. Those are all $1 each. There are also individual color packs to throw that are available to purchase at the event for $3!
Reminders:
The fundraiser is still going on! Our goal is to make it to $20k and we are sitting at about $12k! We are almost there! If we make it to $15k then the students will earn a super fun Survivor Day, which is like a field day but even better! At $20k, the principals and a few lucky teachers get SLIMED! The link to donate is here! The grade level with the most donations by Wednesday at 5:00 PM will earn 500 points!!
What your student needs the day of the Color Run:
Clothes that can get wet (the fire department will be here)
A towel
Old shoes that can get dirty
A change of clothes
Cash to buy snacks, drinks, and color packs
Parking:
The front of our staff parking lot will be used for the foam party so there will be limited parking in our lot otherwise. Please use the elementary parking lot and the road for overflow parking. Please do not park on both sides of the street. The fire truck will be here but they are on duty so we cannot block in the fire truck. Also, please do not park on the grass! Reminders about parking will be sent out on Tuesday!
