Hello BNI Parents,
I hope you are all enjoying a restful weekend and your students are gearing up for another successful week of school! It was such a wonderful week, full of smiles, laughs and learning!
As we prepare for next week, I did want to review our car rider arrival and dismissal procedures. Please make sure you understand the process and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out! Safety is our top priority and with your help, we can make this process very smooth!
Important details to note:
- The traffic flow map can be found here. PLEASE REVIEW THE ENTIRE ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL PROCEDURES HERE.
- NI Families will either follow the WHITE line or the BLUE line.
- WHITE LINE: If you are picking up/dropping off both an NE and NI student, you will follow the WHITE line.
- BLUE LINE: If you are picking up/dropping off an NI student ONLY, you will follow the BLUE line.
- For arrival and dismissal, all traffic will enter in the elementary main entrance (east of LifeChurch) and loop around the elementary building.
- Please do NOT change lanes! Once in your lane, please follow the appropriate arrows all the way until you exit. Switching lanes can cause back up and is a safety issue.
- During dismissal, a staff member will be outside collecting numbers. It is very important that your number is visible and that you are driving slow enough so that they can read your tag number. Please do not speed at any point!
- The first days of school are always a bit slower for arrival and dismissal. Please be patient as we teach our new families and students the traffic pattern. I promise, we will get to Chick-fil-A speed in no time!
- All students should have a security tag at this point! If you didn't receive one, please contact the front office.
