We are excited to offer our new B.A.S.I.C (Building A Strong Independent Citizen) class to our students this year. This class will look a lot like a traditional advisory class but with more depth and focused curriculum. Each student will have a B.A.S.I.C class. On PowerSchool, it may looks like it is a 7th hour class, but it is actually part of the our 4th hour time-frame. Our 4th hour time-frame will include lunch, B.A.S.I.C. and the students' academic 4th hour class. Students' 4th hour teacher will dictate in which order they will attend each. Be on the look-out for an email with additional information.

The BMS PowerSchool Parent Portal is now open! Parents / Students can log onto their PowerSchool account to see their school schedule. Parents / Students can contact their counselor for schedule questions. Counselor contact information can be found on the BMS website by selecting 'Menu' then 'Staff'. Student schedules may change as we move closer to the start of school.

BMS student report cards will be available starting 6/4 via the PowerSchool parent portal. Parents / students needing a printed hard copy can request one through the front office (office hours M-Th 8:00 - 3:00) or email rvernon@bixbyps.org, rross@bixbyps.org or rwallace@bixbyps.org for a digital copy. The PowerSchool parent portal will close Wednesday, 6/16 @ 4:00pm. Have a Great Summer!
From 5/27 - 6/17, Our BMS office hours are 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Thursdays. We will be closed on Fridays. Parents / students can email rvernon@bixbyps.org, rwallace@bixbyps.org, or rross@bixbyps.org with questions as well.

Congratulations to Coach Reneau and the MS Boys Tennis Team for winning their 4th State Qualifier Tournament at Holland Hall on Wednesday. Brady Grotts placed 1st at 1 Singles. Owen Russell placed 2nd at 2 Singles. The doubles teams of Ty Bevins/Chase Warden and Ethan Richmond/Bo Dunlap both came away with 1st place. Next up, the State Tournament. Go BIX!!
