Bixby Middle School Family and Consumer Science Career Talk
Bixby Middle School's Family and Consumer Science (FCS) classes proudly hosted our first Career Talk of the semester, featuring Dr. Naina Gross, a pediatric neurosurgeon from St. Francis Hospital.
Dr. Gross shared valuable insights into the career path to becoming a surgeon and her personal journey into the field of pediatric neurosurgery. Our students had the unique opportunity to ask engaging questions, examine a surgical shunt, and even meet "Bob," Dr. Gross's teaching skull.
It was an enriching and educational experience for all, and we are proud of our students' curiosity and enthusiasm.
As always, it's a great day to be a Spartan!
