Mrs. Phenicie’s leadership students completed the shoelace challenge. This activity requires teamwork, immediate feedback, directions, adaptability, and trust. Students lifted each other through the shoelace circle without touching the edges. Although we didn’t all make it successfully the first time, each person accomplished the goal and learned valuable team building skills along the way.
