Congratulations to Bixby Public Schools' February 2022 Employee of the Month, Frederick Fritz Behavior Coach at East Intermediate!! His winning nomination reads: Mr. Fritz is AMAZING with our special friends. We hate it when he’s not here due to sickness or training because it affects the students so much. In addition to his duties, he comes around and asks all the teachers if they have any kids who need movement breaks. This has helped our wiggly worms, so they can come back to class and focus. Today as we have gone to distance learning, Mr. Fritz has offered to help any new teachers or subs that might need direction because last year he was a sub through distance learning. He  is happy to help anyone who needs it. Mr. Fritz is an invaluable asset to our school, and it would be great for him to receive this honor, so he knows just how much him means to all of us!
