BEEF 2024 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram as updates to available scholarships may be made prior to the 2024 application deadline.

The Bixby Educational Endowment Foundation (BEEF) Scholarship Application as well as a listing of all the scholarships are available for download. Please review the list and determine which scholarships are applicable to you, your experience, and your future plans.

  • Submit the BEEF 2024 Scholarship Applicant Information through Google Forms (https://forms.gle/13VioeYv2AEfNy5T7) using your school email account to access the form.

  • Download the BEEF Scholarship Application. Complete an application for each scholarship that you select on the Google Form. Be sure to include:

    • Two letters of recommendation

    • One official transcript that includes your ACT/SAT scores, your unweighted/weighted GPA, and your class rank

  • Please DO NOT attach a picture of yourself

  • Handwritten applications will not be considered

  • All applicants must:

    • Be a United States Citizen

    • Plan to attend an accredited college, university, or technical school

    • Plan to enroll as a full-time student for the academic year

  • Compile your application as follows:

    • One printed copy of your BEEF 2024 Scholarship Applicant Information which was submitted through Google Forms. You should receive an email once the form is submitted that you may print. If you do not receive the email, just log back into the Google Form to view and print your completed form.

    • Each scholarship application should be stapled together in the following order:

      • Completed Scholarship Application (be sure to include Sections 1-5)

      • Additional information required (acceptance letters, etc)

      • Two recommendation letters

      • Official transcript (you may make copies of your official transcript if you apply for multiple scholarships)

  • Place all documents in ONE manilla envelope and submit to your counselor no later than NOON on Friday, March 8, 2024.

  • Save the date for the 2024 Scholarship Awards Night on April 18, 2024, at 7p.m at the Bixby High School Auditorium.
