Student Council

The purpose of Student Council is to promote a sense of community within the school, act as a voice for students with the administration, provide community service, and raise funds for charitable causes and school improvements.

Bixby Buddies

The purpose of Bixby Buddies is to help peers with disabilities. Appropriate disability awareness will be taught and specifics for how to help these students will be provided. Buddies are merely a support in the classroom, lunchroom and playground areas who will advocate. They are not in any way responsible for another student, just offering assistance when appropriate. In addition, Bixby Buddies will help welcome newly enrolled students and may also assist as a peer mediator at North Intermediate.

Honor Choir

The purpose of Honor Choir is to give each student a well-rounded music education by developing strong musicianship skills, both on an individual and ensemble level and fostering a love of choral music and singing that will last a lifetime.

Yearbook

The purpose of Yearbook is to produce an accurate, professional publication that through pictures, poems, excerpts, quotes, and more, thoroughly reflects the school pulse, represents the differing interests of the student body, and highlights activities of the year.

Robotics

The Robotics Club provides students with hands-on opportunities to explore STEM concepts through design, programming, and collaboration. Members will build, program, and compete with robots, developing critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork skills.
