Lee Snider Stadium Procedures & Expectations

As football season begins we are thrilled to welcome you to Lee Snider Stadium for BIXBY SPARTAN FOOTBALL. Recent events have been an unfortunate reminder that although we want everyone to enjoy the Friday Night Lights atmosphere, safety must always remain our first priority.

Stadium procedures and guidelines  have been updated for the 2024 season. It is important ALL Spartan Fans review the information below. BPS Administration reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual not adhering to these guidelines and procedures.

Ticket Sales & Entry Procedures:

  • There will be NO cash sales at the gate. 

  • Purchase your ticket(s) in advance and have it ready on your phone at the gate!

  • ProTip: the GoFan APP is the BEST method for gate entry!

  • BHS Athletics is partnering with an Special Event Services to manage all gates and entry procedures

  • Bags must be SMALLER THAN 5”x8” OR  CLEAR

  • Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs. 

  • Diaper bags are allowed and must be accompanied with a child. 

  • All bags are subject to search

  • Entry through the Weapons Detection System (wand) is mandatory for all spectators.

  • As a reminder, weapons of any kind are not permitted on any BPS Campus. District Policy prohibits the possession and/or use of weapons and firearms on district property.

Stadium Guidelines:

  • There is NO REENTRY so be sure to bring your blankets, jackets, etc. when you enter the stadium.

  • High school student section will be located in the south endzone under the video board.

  • Middle school students will be located on the east end of the south endzone closest to the band.

  • ALL students are expected to remain in the stands unless they are traveling to/from the concession stands or restrooms. Students are encouraged to use the concession stands on the visitor’s side to alleviate congestion on the home side.

  • Elementary-age students (grades PK-6) will only be admitted to the game with an adult. Once in the stadium, students will be asked to sit with their family members.

  • Students will not be allowed to play football, “run around,” or loiter in the stadium.

  • Students are expected to follow all reasonable requests from security personnel and school officials. Failure to comply may result in a student being asked to contact parents and leave the stadium and/or cause them to be subject to school-related consequences upon their return to school.

    • North of the 9th Grade Center

    • Mingo entrance near practice fields

    • Southernmost high school entrance behind the west wing/science building

  • Parking Areas:

    • High school lot east of the visitor stands

    • Grass lots across Riverview from Spartan Stadium

    • Grass lots north of Tennis facility/9th Grade Center

    • Additional spaces available near soccer/baseball facilities

    • Lots on the south side of the HS campus

    • Red areas on the map below are reserved for Quarterback Club
