Ultimate Frisbee 
|
- Initiate Play- Each team lines up on the respective goal lines. The defense 'pulls' (throws) the disc to the offense
- Scoring- One point for throwing the disc between the cones
- Disc may be advanced in any direction by a pass. You may not run with the disc and you have 10 seconds to pass the disc after receiving it.
- Change of possession occurs when a pass is not completed (Ex. drop, block, interception, etc). The other team immediately takes possession
- NO PHYSICAL CONTACT
- Self Referee games
- The frisbee may skip off the floor inside the free throw lane (when played in a gym) on a shot
- Defense must give offensive player an arms length when defending
- Can only have 1 goalie
- If the frisbee is caught by either the offensive or defensive player on a sprint they have 2 steps in which to stop
