About the Teacher

My name is Meagan Ayres. I graduated from Bixby High School. After high school, I attended Oklahoma State University (GO POKES!!) for three years. During that time, I got married and had a beautiful little girl. A few months after having my daughter, we moved back to Tulsa. I transferred from OSU to Northeastern State University. I graduated from NSU with a degree in Secondary Education, Science with an emphasis in chemistry. |
All my time outside of school is spent with my family. I have a 5 year old daughter, Jadyn, and a 2 year old son, Easton. My kids are my life :) Being a mom is such a blessing and I truly love every moment of it.

My class schedule for the year is: 2-7 2nd: AP Chemistry 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th: Chemistry 5th: Plan This is my third year at BHS. I teach AP Chemisty and on-level Chemistry. I design my classroom to be very structured, which allows for many activites, labs, and hands-on work. I have high expectations for each and every student. I am thrilled to be working at Bixby High School and know that this is going to be a great year!
