The National AATG Exam is scheduled for

Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 8:35am-1:45pm! 

All German students in Levels 1, 2 and 3 are strongly encouraged to take the National AATG German Exam.  I have created "bellwork" out of old tests and we will use those as test prep practice in class to prepare for the exam.  Those students who choose not to go to TCC for the exam (followed by Siegi's lunch) will be expected to complete the alternate (UGH) assignment.

The minimal $5 testing fee is covered through German Club and donations.  German 2 and 3 students who score in the 90th percentile are eligible for a DAAD scholarship to go to Germany over the summer to travel and study the culture and language up close, all at the expense of the German goverment who generously promotes foreign students studying German.  Bixby High School has had 3 national winners represented including a student who recently went two years in a row!
