Open Records

Open Records Request Procedures:

The District’s Board of Education Deputy Clerk or designee is the designated District employee for fulfilling open records request.  The following are the District’s procedures for fulfilling open records requests:

Option 1:  Open records requests may be initiated in person at the District’s administration office, 109 N. Armstrong, Bixby, OK 74008.  The receptionist or Deputy Clerk or designee may assist you in fulfilling your open records request.

Option 2:  Send a letter to Maricela Hanseth at 109 N. Armstrong, Bixby OK 74008 specifying your request for records.  Ms. Hanseth will make arrangements for promptly fulfilling your request.


Option 3:  Send an email to Maricela Hanseth at mhanseth@bixbyps.org specifying your request for records.  Ms. Hanseth will make arrangements for promptly fulfilling your request.


Option 4:  Call Maricela Hanseth at (918) 366-1704.  Specify your request for records.  Ms. Hanseth will contact you at the phone number you provide to make arrangements for promptly fulfilling your request.


Administrative Office Closed and Open Records Request Procedures

The District’ administration office is closed periodically.  When closed access to records by the public remains available.  The procedures for obtaining records when office is closed are as follows:

Option 1:  Send a letter to Maricela Hanseth at 109 N. Armstrong, Bixby OK 74008 specifying your request for records.  Ms. Hanseth will make arrangements for promptly fulfilling your request.


Option 2:  Send an email to Maricela Hanseth at mhanseth@bixbyps.org specifying your request for records.  Ms. Hanseth will make arrangements for promptly fulfilling your request.
